This course focuses on proven training, supervision, and interpersonal skills that support all agency training models. Instructional blocks are structured for high levels of student involvement, designed to ensure attendees are best prepared to maximize valuable field training periods. This highly interactive workshop will help trainers understand their leadership influence; learn techniques to avoid/navigate personality conflicts, and to communicate most effectively.
