Target Audience - Officers and supervisors responsible for facilitating research activities, command staff meetings, engaging the community in town hall forums, presenting ideas and defending proposals, facilitating community meetings.

Length – 2 Days

Designed specifically to assist staff members in developing the skills necessary to facilitate meetings with internal and external groups, including a wide variety of community groups, under varying circumstances and conditions. Some examples include: focus groups, town hall meetings, business leaders, community activist, community action groups and more.

Attendees will learn strategies to improve their interpersonal and group presentation skills and learn to win support!
